    杭州马拉松

    第一次参加马拉松,跑了半程,对成绩不满意。想明年参加次全程的,然后就等几十年再说。毕竟马拉松对身体伤害还是挺大的。
    跑得比上星期还要差,踝关节的问题从5公里附近开始就折磨我的意志。过了一半程就成了上坡不能走,下坡不能跑极端尴尬情况。看着大家欢快的跑着下坡,上坡走走休息,心里就憋闷。特别感谢kongliang,也耽误了他的速度了。
    在终点等跑全程的Ralph,看到一个80岁的老爷爷,头发掉光了,一把洁白的大胡子,用木讷的动作跑向终点。旁边的观众死命呼喊,为他打气。我眼泪差点就掉了下来。陪着Ralph跑过终点时候,就下定决定,如果身体允许,明年我也来跑一次全程。现在有的想法就是买一双好的鞋子,做点系统性的训练。
